Good to know
Our 600 square foot cabin will be perfect for you to enjoy a quiet get away. There are 3 security cameras outside for your safety and for ours. There is a camera at the backdoor when you enter the house and one as you pull up the driveway. There is 1 at the eve of the house facing the driveway to view bear activity. Please remember we are human & do have lives. We live 3 hours away & in a different time zone. Sometimes we are dealing with family matters or asleep when you message. We will get back to you as soon as we can. If it is an emergency please call 911 or send us a text/call us our numbers are listed in our welcome book on the desk. **There is a dog fee** Always remember you are in the great smoky mountains and there is always a possibility to see a bear and other wildlife (including but not limited to turkey, squirrels, racoons, & any and all bugs both inside & outside of the cabin). Always remember we are in their habitat, please don't feed the wildlife. We have free services on the TV. Please DO NOT logout of any of them & do not logout of the Google account on the TV or we will be unable to help with any TV issues that arise.

**PET POLICY & PRICES** **NOTE: PETS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING. IF YOU ARE USING DIRECT BOOKING OR BOOKING.COM PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A QR CODE FOR PAYING YOUR DOG FEE. If the fee is not paid you will be charged the $100 fee on top of the $75. Please always confirm the size/breed/age, number of dogs you will be bringing and the pet fees costs before booking your reservation. You will be held responsible for any damages your dog/dogs may cause. Dogs are required to be crated when your not in the cabin with them, and not allowed on the furniture or blankets. Guests responsible for any damages. Please pick up after your pets. There is a trash can outside for you to dispose of their feces. That way the natural wildlife will not be deterred. Pet fees are an additional charge that are not included in the booking price. Pet fee payment requests will be sent to be paid the day of check-in. You will have 72 hours to accept and pay the pet fee. If the pet fees are not paid within 72 hours Airbnb will become involved there will be an extra $25.00 late fee. I require a one time non refundable pet fee per dog. $75.00 If a guests tries to sneak in a dog without paying the pet fee, they will be fined $100.00 and will still be required to pay the $75 dog fee.

Hidden Mountain West is located just minutes from Pigeon Forge but in a very secluded setting away from the hustle and bustle. The cabin is at the bottom of a hill that you will turn left into the driveway & go straight up to the cabin. Remember you are in the woods and sometimes you might have a critter or two that you might come in contact with - meaning you can hear them, but never see them. *The drive up* There are 2 hairpin turns getting to our cabin. Again, you are up in the mountain so there are a few fun windy roads. Plese remember we do not control the way the roads are made. You can always look up our cabin on like to see a turn by turn view. **Winter Conditions** Please know this is in the mountains and we do get BLACK ICE before we ever get snow. So please be aware of the conditions. Always check the weather before your stay. There will be NO REFUND or discount due to weather. We can not control mother nature.

You have full access to our little cabin. We are 14 minutes to Mel's Dinner and 17 minutes to the Island of Pigeon Forge. Keypad entry We have free services on the TV. Please DO NOT logout of any of them or we will be unable to help with any TV issues that arise. The area our cabin is located in is on a small mountain with all paved road with street signs. G00gle maps will be your best friend!!!! Service is spotty getting to the cabin, but it's not too bad of a drive. Just remember you are in the mountains and there are a lot of hills, curves, and drop offs. If you are not familiar with Pigeon Forge area just remember Wears Valley Road leads you in the direction of the cabin and is located at traffic light #3. The driveway is tough to see at times. We do have a sign by the road that has a reflective number on the sign. You will drive up the driveway and you can back up right to the door. It's a very winding fun road with a few hairpin turns & hills that are hard to see over or around. Roll the windows down and enjoy the great mountain breeze!!!
